Sandblasted anodized aluminum plates are produced by impacting the surface of aluminum plates with high-speed sand particles to create a uniform and fine matte frosted texture. Then, through anodizing and electrolytic coloring processes, a dense oxide film is formed on the surface and colors are deposited. This process endows the plates with a soft and restrained metallic luster, as well as anti-glare properties. At the same time, the oxide film layer significantly enhances the surface hardness, scratch resistance, and weather resistance, making it particularly suitable for harsh outdoor environments.
