Production Process & Quality Control
Pretreatment & Surface Preparation
We begin by cleaning the aluminum coil or sheet to remove oil, grease, oxides and residues, ensuring a consistent surface and optimum adhesion for subsequent processing.
Mechanical and/or chemical pre-treatments (such as brushing, grinding or alkaline etching) may be applied to shape surface structure or reflection properties.
Different pretreatment levels are identified (e.g., E0 – E6 according to DIN 17611) to achieve varying finishes from matte to polished.

Sealing
The final and crucial step: hot de-ionised water or steam is used to hydrate the pores and form aluminium-hydroxide inside them, effectively sealing them. This hermetic seal significantly enhances corrosion resistance, surface durability and colour retention.
Proper sealing ensures long-term performance and is especially important for architectural exterior applications.
Quality Control & Certification
We implement rigorous in-line monitoring of key process parameters: film thickness, colour uniformity, reflectivity, pore integrity, surface flatness and defect inspection (via machine & manual).
Surfaces are subject to mechanical abrasion testing, weathering / UV exposure tests and adhesion/resistance evaluation to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
Our anodising process adheres to recognized standards (e.g., Qualanod, DIN/EN) and is supported by certified quality systems (such as ISO 9001).
