The 31st Guangzhou International New Door, Window & Curtain Wall Expo and Alpha Architecture Conference recently opened in Guangzhou, where Guangdong Anlv New Material Co., Ltd. unveiled its cutting-edge electrolytic-colored aluminum panels. Hosting a "Color · Future" themed product launch, the company became the center of attention with its innovative technologies and eco-friendly vision, injecting fresh vitality into the architectural curtain wall and outdoor decoration sectors.
Breakthrough Products Address Outdoor Color Challenges
As a domestic leader in electrolytic coloring technology, Anlv New Material launched its Aurora Series electrolytic-colored aluminum panels. Leveraging nano-gradient deposition technology and intelligent temperature-controlled coloring techniques, the panels break through traditional color limitations. With 12 new high-saturation color palettes and customizable gradient effects, as well as matte-metal dual-texture overlays, they ensure long-term aesthetic durability in extreme environments like supertall buildings and coastal landmarks.
Green Manufacturing Powers Low-Carbon Construction
At the expo, Anlv showcased an immersive curtain wall exhibition zone themed "New Colors." The company’s technical director revealed that its new closed-loop electrolyte circulation system reduces production energy consumption by 15%, cutting carbon emissions and supporting green building certifications. This aligns with global sustainability goals while maintaining premium material performance.
Industry-Academia Collaboration Expands Design Frontiers
During the concurrent Alpha Architecture Conference, Anlv signed strategic partnerships with top design firms. Its products have already been applied in major projects such as Xiaomi’s domestic showroom, China Resources’ developments, and Saudi Arabia’s NEOM新城 (NEOM New City). The company also secured its first export orders with Middle Eastern clients, marking the official entry of Chinese high-end colored aluminum into international markets.
"Our commitment to advancing electrolytic coloring technology will drive future innovations," stated Anlv’s Technical R&D Director. "Over the next three years, we plan to introduce photochromic smart aluminum panels, transforming building facades into ‘breathing artistic canvases.’"
This exhibition not only highlights China’s prowess in advanced materials manufacturing but also sets a global benchmark for architectural aesthetics and sustainable development. With its breakthroughs, Anlv reinforces China’s leadership in high-end aluminum processing, solidifying its role as a pioneer in the global new materials landscape.
